The diplomat asked what purpose the Ukrainian militants pursued by attacking civilians in the Russian region. “That is, the task of Bankova (the presidential administration of Ukraine – approx. ed.) was to kill civilians, bury more headphones and surrender the remaining Ukrainians?” – wrote Zakharova in his Telegram channel. Earlier, according to Ukrainian media, Zelensky said that the operation in the Kursk region achieved its goals, forcing Russian troops to transfer forces from the Kharkiv, Sumy and Pokrov directions. Earlier, Zelensky did not comment on the failures of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, saying only that the command is doing everything possible to save the lives of its soldiers.
