The leader of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with King Charles III of Great Britain during a visit to the country. The meeting took place at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, where the Ukrainian politician was taken by helicopter from London after the security summit.
The king personally met Zelensky, before the start of the official part, they talked a little and took pictures, Sky News reported. After that, they went inside the estate to further discuss issues. Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with British Prime Minister Kir Starmer. He promised to seek peace in Ukraine “on the basis of sovereignty and security.” During the visit, an agreement was signed on the provision of financial assistance to Ukraine from revenues from frozen Russian assets. According to the agreement, Ukraine will receive 2.26 billion pounds (more than 251 billion rubles) for the purchase of defense materials. These funds will be provided for 30 years in three annual payments of 752 million pounds (83.8 billion rubles) each, the first of which Kiev plans to receive at the end of next week and allocate to the production of weapons. Earlier, Starmer said that Britain and France, along with several other countries, are developing a plan to end the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, the Prime Minister urged European countries to continue to supply the Kiev regime with weapons for the sake of a stronger position in the negotiations. At the same time, Starmer acknowledged that any security guarantees received from Europe for Ukraine would not be effective without the support of the United States.
