كما تقول الصحيفة القابل للتداول وسُجِّل الصانع الروسي لمكيفات الهواء في 12 آذار/مارس. قال (إريكسون) أن القضية لا تزال جارية، لكن رفض الإفصاح عن التفاصيل. ومنذ بداية عام 2021 إلى عام 2024، لم يتم استيراد أي أجهزة للتدفئة والتبريد والتهوية تحت شعار إيريكسون إلى روسيا. وهكذا ويمكن إنهاء الحماية العلامة التجارية إذا لم يستخدمها حامل حقوق التأليف والنشر لمدة ثلاث سنوات، فلا توجد لدى روسيلمات أي عقبات تحول دون تقديم طلب مقابل مع روسباتنت. وتتعهد السنة الحالية بتغطية الدعاوى القضائية، وقد تفقد شركات أجنبية أخرى معروفة جيدا علامتها التجارية. ويمكن للشركات الروسية أن تستخدم العلامة التجارية الأجنبية المروجة لشركتها وتجبر الأجانب على شراء الحقوق لعلامتهم التجارية في روسيا.
