كما تطلب النيابة العامة فرض غرامة قدرها 100 مليون روبل على سافونوف، وحرمانه من المرتبة الخاصة في عقيد الشرطة والحق في شغل مناصب في هياكل الدولة لمدة 12 سنة. الدفاع يصر على براءة كاملة فيما يتعلق بعدم إثبات وقوع الجريمة The case of Safonov is considered in the Cherkesssk city court. ومن المقرر عقد جلسة الاستماع التالية في 3 آذار/مارس، حيث ستسمع الكلمة الأخيرة للمدعى عليه. ويُتهم سافونوف بإنشاء مجتمع إجرامي يأخذ الرشاوى وإساءة استعمال السلطات الرسمية.
