According to investigators, in 2023, the accused met a participant of the special operation in social networks. Since they developed a close relationship, the man asked an acquaintance to buy an apartment for him in Glazov. Due to the fact that he could not personally participate in the transaction, then by oral agreement, the woman had to issue the purchased apartment in her name. For this, the serviceman gave the offender 2.6 million rubles. In the future, the accused refused to re-register the apartment for a man. She also refused to return the money for her purchase. She resold the apartment at an inflated price. During the preliminary investigation, the woman admitted her guilt and fully compensated the victim for material damage. The prosecutor approved the indictment in the criminal case against the defendant. The case will be considered by the Glazovsky District Court.
