In the Kamchatka Territory, free land plots will be available to border guards, employees of internal affairs bodies and representatives of organizations participating in a special military operation. This decision was made by the deputies of the regional parliament.
Also, the law excludes a six-month period during which family members of the deceased participant of the special operation must apply for registration and provision of land. In addition, the procedure for granting the waiver of the spouse of the SVO participant from the right to receive a plot has been determined, a number of other changes have been made. Currently, in Kamchatka, participants in a special military operation in Ukraine, awarded the title of Hero of Russia or awarded orders of the Russian Federation, the George Cross for merits shown during the SVO, are entitled to receive plots. Another category of recipients are family members of the mentioned SVO participants who died or died from wounds received on the battlefield.
