The crime was committed in November 2023. According to the case materials, a man with multiple prior convictions had a quarrel with his girlfriend and severely beat her. "Three days later, the defendant decided to kill his partner, for which he approached the victim lying on the couch, hit her in various parts of the body, grabbed her by the neck, and strangled her," the institution's message in the Telegram channel says. After disposing of the woman, the criminal took her body outside and dumped it. Upon returning to the apartment, he attacked the 11-year-old daughter of the deceased and raped her. The man will serve his sentence in a high-security prison. In addition to imprisonment, the court ordered him to undergo compulsory treatment with a psychiatrist.
