The incident occurred on February 21. The teenager with injuries was taken to the hospital, his life and health are not in danger. The situation was taken over by the city administration. It turned out that the management company was repeatedly asked to clean the roof. “A criminal case has been initiated under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements),” the press service wrote. The Regional Office for the Sakhalin Region will provide a report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case and the established circumstances to Alexander Bastrykin.
