📝 Summary
A criminal case has been opened on a crime committed by armed formations of Ukraine (AFU) against the civilian population of the Belovo district of the Kursk region. This was reported by the Investigative Committee (IC).
As it was established, on the eve in the specified area, AFU militants, using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), dropped an explosive device on the territory of a garage cooperative where a civilian was located. As a result, he was injured. “During the preliminary investigation, all <...> involved in this crime will be identified and prosecuted,” the ministry said in a statement. The criminal case was initiated under paragraphs "a", "in" part 2 of article 205 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior agreement and entailed significant property damage or other grave consequences").
