The inspection carried out by the supervisory authority on the application of the victim revealed violations on the part of the employer, who did not provide proper working safety conditions. Given the fault of the organization and the severity of the consequences for the health of the employee, the deputy prosecutor sent a claim to the court for compensation for moral damage.
