Severe avalanche danger is predicted on March 10 in the Nevelsk municipal district (MO). Also on March 10, an avalanche threatens residents of Tomarinsky, Kholmsky, Dolinsky MoD and the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. “The administration of the municipal district and the cooperating structures sent an emergency warning and recommendations for response”, – said the Agency. Sakhalin residents are advised to refrain from skiing during this period.
