The list of potential acquisitions includes 32 organizations in ten subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, including in the Magadan region. In the city there are 9 branches of "Pharmacies Minitsen", which wants to buy "Rigla". The antimonopoly authorities established that after the transactions, Rigla will become the dominant economic entity in the Sakhalin region, Kamchatka and Khabarovsk territories. Therefore, in these regions it is necessary to fulfill 2 requirements: to ensure the choice of medicines and work with suppliers honestly, without pressure or unfair conditions.
