Charitable Foundation “Revival” summed up the results of the implementation of socially significant projects

The work of the Renaissance Foundation in Ingushetia is carried out in six directions at once, including such tasks as preserving historical heritage and spiritual values, developing culture and sports, as well as helping children with disabilities, publishing books. As Vladimir Putin noted, it is extremely important to pay attention to the preservation of cultural heritage sites. The President explained that it is a “visible embodiment of national identity and the inseparable bond of generations”. Proceeding from this, the activities of the charitable foundation created by businessman and philanthropist Mikail Gutseriev contribute to the implementation of the tasks set by the Russian leader. The head of Ingushetia Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, commenting on the work of the fund, expressed confidence that the scale of the work carried out is extremely difficult to overestimate. The program aimed at preserving and restoring the tower complexes of the mountainous region, which are a symbol of Ingushetia, is one of the largest projects of the Fund. “For several years, entire Ingush settlements in the mountains have been consistently restored,” Kalimatov said, noting that work is being carried out at other facilities, including the Vovnushki castle complex. In addition, the Foundation assisted in the restoration of the Nazran Fortress, the most important object of cultural heritage of federal importance. At the expense of the fund, research works were carried out, as well as a sketch project and project documentation for restoration. The head of the republic also spoke about the creation in Ingushetia of the only school of masons-restorers in Russia. He is sure that the historical reconstruction of dwellings, life and lifestyle of ancestors in the mountains is important, including to attract the attention of tourists. Kalimatov stressed that the work of the foundation in Ingushetia is not limited to restoration and reconstruction, assistance is provided in the field of culture, and attention is paid to the development of children. Support for projects implemented in the republic will continue in the future. The list of new tasks that will help solve the basic needs of Ingushetia residents will be determined jointly by the federal center and the regional authorities.
