Recall that the tragedy occurred on Tuesday, February 25. The train “Izhevsk – Votkinsk” collided with a snowmobile, which was riding three 16-year-old teenagers. The young people did not notice the approaching train. One young man died. A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence”).
