This is reported by the first department of the Department of State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Udmurtia. The accident occurred at about 21:25 on Thursday, March 6. 21-year-old driver of the car "VAZ-2104", being intoxicated, hit two 17-year-old pedestrians. They crossed the roadway through an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the accident, the teenagers were injured, one of them was hospitalized.
