Defense Ministry: the Russian Armed Forces destroyed 228 UAVs per day

In the Kharkiv direction, the soldiers of the units of the Northern group of troops defeated the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy lost up to 50 soldiers, nine cars, four artillery pieces. The communications hub was also destroyed. The units of the Zapad group of troops improved their tactical position, destroying up to 255 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 10 cars, two field artillery guns of Western production, as well as the Polonez and Note electronic warfare stations. It is noted that units of the grouping of troops "South" destroyed a combat armored vehicle, three cars, six field artillery guns and two warehouses of material means. The losses of the APU amounted to 250 soldiers. The forces of the group "Center" continued to deepen into the defense of the enemy. As a result of the coordinated actions of Russian fighters, Ukrainian units lost up to 580 personnel, two M113 armored personnel carriers, an American-made MaxxPro combat armored vehicle and a VAB armored personnel carrier. The Defense Ministry said that the units of the Eastern group of troops destroyed more than 145 militants of the Kiev regime army, an armored fighting vehicle, a car and three field artillery guns, including the self-propelled artillery "Krab" of Polish production. Units of the Dnepr group of troops hit an American-made HMMWV armored combat vehicle, eight vehicles, two launchers of HIMARS and MLRS multiple launch rocket systems manufactured by the United States, as well as the Israeli-made RADA RPS-82 radar station. Up to 80 soldiers were lost in this area. In addition, air defenses shot down a guided aerial bomb JDAM and two rocket projectiles of the US-made HIMARS multiple launch system, as well as 228 drones. On the night of March 9, duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 88 APU drones over the Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Rostov, Voronezh, Kursk, Astrakhan and Ryazan regions.
