Leading specialist of the Weather Center FOBOS Mikhail Leus told RIA Novosti that on Thursday the air temperature in the capital will reach up to 7 degrees Celsius. According to the weather forecaster, it is possible that there will be a new daily record of maximum temperature, which in 1995 was 6.4 degrees. Earlier, the leading specialist of the Weather Center FOBOS Evgeny Tishkovets wrote in his Telegram channel that from March 10, the air temperature in Moscow and the region will reach 10 degrees above zero.
