Winter is not over, despite January being super warm. βMarch is a winter month, so lowering the temperature in March to minus 10-13 degrees is normal,β Vilfand told RIA Novosti. According to him, in the Stavropol region, frosts to minus 20 degrees are expected, and in the Kuban thermometers will drop to minus 18 degrees. At the same time, in Karelia, Komi, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Arkhangelsk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Murmansk and Pskov regions, the temperature will increase significantly.
