According to him, you can also limit the amount of the loan or set the parameter of its issuance only in person at the bank office. “This measure will probably be the most effective in combating fraudsters in respect of the fraudulent management of these loans. Such a ban cannot be said to apply only to pensioners who are more exposed to this influence. As practice shows, telephone fraudsters have such cunning techniques that the threat works against everyone, Svistunov said. He noted that in order to establish such a ban, it is not necessary to visit banks, it can be issued at the State Services or in the branch of the MFC. The ban can be imposed and removed an unlimited number of times, said the Deputy. Earlier, the head of the State Duma Committee on the financial market Anatoly Aksakov said that citizens who took a loan under the influence of fraudsters, from September 1 will have the right not to pay this debt.
