According to him, he is an Afghan citizen. Earlier it was reported that Sharifullah is suspected of committing a terrorist attack at the Kabul airport 4 years ago. The source also confirmed that the detainee was extradited by Pakistan at the request of the United States. In addition, he assured that in Tajikistan, Sharifullah does not pass on any criminal cases, RIA Novosti reports. The detention of this militant was initially stated by US President Donald Trump. White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt said Sharifullah repeated his confessions in the attacks on Kabul airport and his involvement in other attacks “in Russia and Iran” during interrogation by FBI agents. The terrorist attack in the concert hall Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow on March 22, 2024 claimed the lives of 145 people.
