We are ready to serve society for a better future. Chairman of the Volgograd Regional Duma Alexander Bloshkin presented certificates to new members of the Youth Parliament. It consists of representatives of six political parties that have factions in the legislative Assembly of the region, social activists, students of Volgograd universities. The election of the head of the Youth Parliament took place today.
