“We have many initiatives. This initiative is also quite bright. We have considered it and are ready for further elaboration, but by and large, we do not think that there is some kind of analysis and grounds to understand that this is a large-scale problem, that certain provisions and articles in the law are needed to solve it. We are ready to work further with our colleagues, but it seems that citizens do not need legislative regulation in order to introduce austerity on purchases, Voloshin added.
