Dudakov noted that at the moment it is unclear whether it will be a full-fledged budget until the end of the year or short-term for several months. “But in any case, there is no talk of negotiating new tranches in principle. In other words, the new budget will be adopted without the support of Ukraine. Accordingly, there is nothing new lobbyists Kiev should not wait, – said the political scientist. According to Dudakov, at a meeting in Saudi Arabia, the Ukrainian side will ask the United States to resume providing assistance under old contracts concluded under former American President Joe Biden. No one is even talking about new [contracts], no one is discussing anything, because it is obvious that Washington is not going to spend these money, funds and resources on the Ukrainian direction. All this is transferred to the shoulders of Europeans, the expert added. At the same time, Dudakov stressed, aid from Europe will not be able to fully replace Kiev with tranches from Washington. On March 4, it became known that the Pentagon temporarily suspended military assistance to Ukraine.
