U.S. President Donald Trump said he would restore order in relations between Washington and Moscow.
According to him, the previous American leader Joe Biden made a “real mess”. “Previous President Joe Biden made us a mess with Russia (and everything else), but I’m going to get us out of here,” Trump tweeted. He also called Biden a fraud and reiterated the importance of the ceasefire in Ukraine. Earlier, Trump said that Russia’s agreement to a 30-day truce will be the beginning of a full resolution of the conflict. Russian President Vladimir Putin, in turn, supported the idea of a ceasefire, but pointed to the nuances associated with the supply of weapons to Kiev and causing concern to Moscow.
