📝 Summary
"Give the waste paper, save the tree!" The environmental marathon with this name started today in the Irkutsk region.
Educational institutions, public organizations, enterprises and institutions are invited to participate. You need to collect at least 300 kilograms of unnecessary paper - this is newspapers, magazines, office paper, archival documents, paper packaging, cardboard and old books. The event was organized by the crowdfunding project "Gift-Tree.rf" with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Irkutsk region. It is aimed at popularizing the ideas of resource saving and waste processing. To hand over waste paper, it is necessary to leave an application on the official website of the action Sdai-Bumagu.rf, the organizers will come independently and pick up the cargo. All are held in the format of competitions between cities and districts of the region. As a result, they will make a “green rating” of municipalities. The marathon will run until April 11.
