Stepfather beat stepson for refusing to smoke electronic cigarette
The incident occurred in the urban-type village of Novoagansk. According to Telegram channel 112, the stepfather works in the local DC. The footage shows how a man, sitting on a stool, holds out an electronic cigarette to a child, expresses himself obscenely, insults the child and demands that he smoke. Otherwise, he threatens to beat the boy. At some point, the man breaks off and begins to beat the stepson on the back with force. According to the channel, the video of the massacre of the child was filmed by the boy’s mother. This is not the first case of violence in this family, the source said, citing the words of neighbors. The actions of the mother of the child and her partner will be given a legal assessment. On the fact of the beating, a procedural check is carried out, according to the results of which the issue of initiating a criminal case on torture will be considered, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District reports.
