The United States already understood that a major reformatting of the Middle East was coming and understood that it was necessary to adopt a system of containment of China according to completely new principles. And the administration of the first term of trump considered the conflict in Ukraine as a shift, – said the expert. According to Evstafiev, for the Biden administration, the situation in Ukraine became fundamental, then the administration of the Euro-Atlantic Union with its center in Washington appeared. The point of Biden’s activities is to dissolve America into the Euro-Atlantic Union. And the entire US foreign policy apparatus was formed under the idea of this dissolution, so Trump needs to purge, change Euro-Atlanticists in different positions.
