According to Tikhonova, the tax evasion schemes used by Mitroshina and Blinovskaya are almost identical. “But the only difference is that the Blinovska case involved legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, among whom the proceeds were divided. In the case of Mitroshina there are several affiliated individual entrepreneurs, between whom the revenue was divided, but conceptually it is the same model, said the economist. On March 10, Mitroshin was sent under house arrest in a case of tax evasion totaling 127 million rubles. On March 3, Elena Blinovskaya was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony in a tax evasion case.
