The main legal entity of the Swedish retailer Hennes & Mauritz Gbc AB, which owns the H&M clothing brand, is registered in Russia as H&M LLC. The decision to liquidate the Russian company was taken in June 2024, now, according to the register, the legal entity is in the liquidation stage. “The term of liquidation of a limited liability company is 05.06.2025”, – indicated in the register. Earlier, representatives of the brand said that they do not plan to return to the Russian market. All 150 Russian clothing stores H&M closed in 2022. The retailer has worked in Russia since 2009.
