An inspection was organized, a criminal case was opened.
The fatal accident occurred on March 2 at about 14:50. On the section of the road Tunoshna-Burmakino near the village of Nikitino, cars Lada Granta and Haval collided. According to preliminary information, a foreign car under the control of a man born in 1985 was carried out on the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Lada, behind the wheel of which was a man born in 1982. Both drivers and three Lada passengers were taken to a medical facility. Subsequently, one of them – a boy born in 2019 from his injuries died in hospital. Police officers opened a criminal case under the article on traffic violation, which resulted in the death of a person by negligence. All the circumstances of the incident are established. The progress and results of the investigation of the case are under the control of the prosecutor's office of the Nekrasov district.
