Specialists of Rosselkhoznadzor prevented the risks of pest spread. This was reported in the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Tver and Yaroslavl regions. Recently, the service received information that a harmful organism was found in the quarantine products of an individual entrepreneur working in the Yaroslavl region. Infected with the Western flower thrips was a batch of chrysanthemums, received in the region from Moscow. The service issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violation of the requirements. The entrepreneur was offered a choice: disinfect or destroy infected flowers. The owner decided to destroy the product. In the presence of a service officer, dangerous plants were burned.
