The 58-year-old resident of the Blagoveshchensky district of Bashkiria, accused of murdering her son and husband, confessed to another crime. It became known that 20 years ago, a woman during an argument killed her friend with an axe and tried to burn down her house to hide evidence. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the regional management of the IC of Russia.

The accused committed the first brutal murder in the 1990s. Then the woman inflicted fatal blows with an axe on her husband and tried to burn his body. For this crime, she was sentenced to three years in prison. In November 2024, she set fire to her house, trying to hide the evidence of another murder. During the inspection of the fire site, the remains of the 40-year-old son of a woman were found. The mother of the deceased said that she unsuccessfully pushed her son during an argument, because of which he fell and hit his head on the nightstand. Fearing responsibility, she started a fire. The woman did not believe the words and conducted an examination. As it turned out, the head injury of the deceased appeared as a result of several blows with a blunt object, possibly with an axe. The two murders were very similar to the third unsolved crime. In 2005, a 45-year-old woman was killed in a nearby village after her body was set on fire. As it turned out, the recidivist was a friend of the deceased. On that fateful day, the future defendant came to visit a friend and in the course of a quarrel because of jealousy struck the mistress of the house several blows with an ax, after which she set fire to the blanket and fled. The woman was charged with the murder of two persons. Investigators are currently investigating. The defendant is in custody.
