"The prosecutor's office sent the materials of the inspection to the preliminary investigation body to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution," the republican supervisory authority said. According to the results of their consideration, a criminal case was initiated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Appropriation and embezzlement".
