A court in Munich has sentenced a 58-year-old man to life in prison for the murder of two Ukrainian servicemen.
Der Spiegel claims that the convict is a Russian citizen. “The court of the city of Munich 58-year-old suspect found guilty of murdering two men aged 23 and 36 years and sentenced to life imprisonment,” – stated in the publication. The crime was committed on April 27, 2024. The dead were Ukrainian soldiers who were undergoing medical rehabilitation in Germany. Earlier it was reported that the three men were acquainted. On the day of the murder, they drank alcoholic beverages in the bar, after which the convict thought that the interlocutors hurt his pride.
