The corresponding instruction was given to the Russian government jointly with the National Center for Historical Memory under the President of the Russian Federation, the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the Association of Veterans of the SVO. It is also necessary to determine the procedure for storing and ensuring information security of the collected data, the amount and sources of financing for the creation of the archive. The report must be submitted by July 31.
