A 64-year-old pensioner turned to Lipetsk police, reporting the theft of money from his account. The man’s phone received a message about the payment of goods that he did not buy. According to police, the thief was a 52-year-old friend of the victim. The day before, he was visiting a pensioner and quietly stole a bank card. With its help, he paid for purchases in the shops of the regional center. The amount of damage exceeded 3 thousand rubles. The Lipchan was brought a case under part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code - for theft. He now faces up to 6 years in prison.
