Lipetsky investigator opened a criminal case under paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 238 of the criminal code after falling on the head of the man. An investigation has been launched into the provision of services that contradict safety and caused serious harm to health. Recall that in the evening of February 28, 2025, when leaving the house on Tereshkova Street in Lipetsk, snow weighing almost 3 kilograms fell on the head of a 63-year-old Lipetsk resident. As a result, the man received a closed traumatic brain injury. It turned out that the place of the descent is an illegally built visor of the balcony, located on the 5th floor. Investigators are now looking for the owners, as well as those responsible for cleaning the roof, questioning witnesses and conducting forensic examinations.
