The court imposed restrictions on both. “An entrepreneur for a period of 1 year and 8 months with the establishment of a ban to engage in activities related to the organization of catering for 3 years, a kitchen worker – 1 year and 5 months of restriction of freedom”, – stated in the message. The Prosecutor’s office in the near future is going to appeal the sentence on appeal in connection with the excessive lenientness of the sentence. From December 2022 to October 2023, an employee of the catering service infected 12 schoolchildren with tuberculosis, another 53 had a diaskintest - a method of diagnosing tuberculosis - showed a positive result.
