Neighbors, who looked into the apartment in search of parents, saw piles of scattered garbage and appealed to law enforcement agencies. “Arrived at the scene of the police from the apartment to the medical institution were taken three children, 2016 – 2021 years of birth”, – stated in the message of the police. The 40-year-old mother of the children was later questioned, who said she lives in an apartment with her mother, nephew and three children. According to the woman, she left the children unattended because she had to go to meet with her employer. The presence of disorder in the apartment, she explained the planned repair. “The inspector of the PDN <...> the family was taken under special control, an administrative protocol was drawn up on the mother of minors under Part 1 of Article 5.35 of the CRF on AP (“Improper performance by parents of duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors”),” the department added. According to the channel, it also became known that the child born in 2016 has a disability.
