The owner of one of the establishments appealed to law enforcement agencies and said that an unknown girl committed arson and fled. The police quickly identified the attacker and detained her. According to established information, the girl fell for the trick of fraudsters. She was contacted allegedly by bank employees and told that they were trying to apply for a loan for a student, so it is necessary to transfer 112 thousand to a secure account. After she again received a call from unknown persons, posing as employees of the special services, they said that the amount transferred by her was sent to support a foreign state, for which the girl will be brought to criminal responsibility. Threatening death, she was offered to set fire to one of the restaurants of Tyumen. The frightened student went to the institution with a backpack in which she had a bottle of incendiary mixture.
