According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Tyumen region, in Omsk, a man born in 1994 did not work anywhere and moved from one rented apartment to another. Tyumenets was detained on one of the streets of Omsk. He confessed to what he had done and said he did not have a driving license. “The defendant was detained in accordance with article 91 of the CCP. The investigation is ongoing, – noted on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the region.
