In Vladikavkaz, the facade of the ancient mansion will be repaired. The relevant permission was issued by the Committee of Heritage of the Republic. The building is located on 49 Tamayeva Street and is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance. According to the committee, this is one of the few mansions in Vladikavkaz, almost completely preserved in its original form. In 1889, Colonel A.P. Dolgov was allocated a plot of land for development in the new territories of the city. Originally there was a wooden structure, which lasted until 1904, when the construction of a new stone house began. After the death of Alexander Pavlovich until 1931 the house was managed by his son George. In 1932, the property of the Dolgovs was nationalized by the resolution of the Central Executive Committee and various organizations were located on the plot of household ownership. Today, the Republican Center for Medical and Social Psychological Assistance is located in the building.
