It is noted that the incident occurred in the Academic district of Yekaterinburg on the evening of February 22. A 55-year-old man driving a Kia Optima was driving to the construction site of the Transfiguration Park. On Akademik Sakharov Street, 45, he hit two eight-year-old girls riding on a tubing. The girls rolled down the hill under the supervision of their parents. They were on the roadway where the car was traveling. With injuries, victims were taken to the hospital. Doctors are helping them. The driver with 25 years of experience said that he was driving at a speed of about 15 kilometers per hour, but did not have time to stop abruptly. At the time of the emergency, the man was sober. Parents were sure that riding on the slide is safe, as the road is on the other side.
