Investment portfolio of Anapa exceeded 320 billion rubles

Today, Anapa is the undisputed leader in the investment portfolio. In general, in the Krasnodar Territory, it exceeds 700 billion rubles, and almost half of this amount, more than 320 billion, is the share of the resort. In addition, Anapa leads in the number of hotels operating under the All Inclusive and Ultra All Inclusive system – there are 68 of them. For the fourth year in a row, Anapa is among the three leaders in the region in promoting competition and ensuring conditions for a favorable investment climate. Despite all the challenges of the time, with the support of the regional government and personally the governor Veniamin Kondratiev, the deputy corps of ZSK, the resort continues to develop both economically and in investment terms. In 2021, for prompt assistance to investors at the resort, an investment headquarters was created, working on the principle of “one window”. Investors are helped to solve problems. More than 50 meetings were held, over 120 projects were considered. TOP-100 investment projects have been formed, including both large and small, but unique and important for residents. Today, the investment portfolio of Anapa exceeds 320 billion rubles. There are 60 major projects that will create 25,000 jobs. For example, the projects will include modern hotels, the largest water park in the South of Russia, a children’s entertainment center and other facilities.
