According to unofficial data, the Russian delegation was headed by the head of the Department of North America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Darchiev, as reported by VGTRK correspondent Denis Davydov on the air of the Rossiya TV channel. Negotiations on the work of embassies lasted more than six hours.
