And we are sincerely grateful to our Turkish colleagues for perfectly organizing these talks here in Istanbul, at the site of the president’s official residence. This, as they say, speaks for itself. And thus, of course, over all subsequent years, now for years, they have definitely not lost their reputation as a good negotiating platform, Konstantin Kosachev said. On February 27, negotiations between Russian and American diplomats on the work of embassies ended in Istanbul. Also today, Turkey hosted a meeting of the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
