Siluanov, in turn, asked whether he understood everything correctly, and the president clarified that all victims should additionally pay 65,000 rubles per month in excess of everything that a person already receives. “We will not pay up to 65,000. If a person already gets something, they earn it. I would like to stress that all the residents of the Kursk region who find themselves in this situation are more than 112,000 people, yes, we will pay them all monthly until the complete liberation of the territory from these gangs at 65 thousand rubles in addition to what people now receive. This means: pensioners, working, non-working, and children – each of 65 thousand rubles. I ask you to proceed from this so that there is no misunderstanding. This decision is extraordinary. We have never done anything like this before, but people have never been in this position before. We need to help, the president stressed.
