Many of those who are successful in manufacturing have already attended this school, and we need modern forms of experience transfer. Of course, there should be no formalism here.” And now, thanks to the president, the attention of society and the state is directed to teachers-mentors, about the work and success of which not so many Russians know. The task of this documentary project is to pay tribute to the merits of modest people who make up the pride of the Fatherland, to tell about the achievements of outstanding Russian teachers and mentors to a multi-million audience.
