According to Igor Morzharetto, several parameters can be used when compiling ratings of driving schools. “For example, it is possible to evaluate graduates of a driving school by the number of accidents during the first two years after obtaining a license, as well as by the quality of examinations in the traffic police. Only 14% of driving school graduates pass the city’s driving test the first time – low numbers. He added that young drivers are those who graduated from driving school less than 2 years ago, they get into minor accidents more often than experienced.
