According to the Telegram channel of the emergency department, an adult and four children, who are one and a half, three, four and six years old, rescuers took the stairs from the fifth floor. All those rescued were handed over to doctors. Two children were taken to the children's regional hospital Tver, for which the Mi-8 helicopter of the EMERCOM of the Russian Federation was involved. 23 specialists and 8 units of equipment worked on extinguishing the fire.
